Join Carina & Lucy once again in the beautiful Kent countryside for a weekend of yoga, good food, connection and relaxation. This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life—through yoga, nature, and time to simply be.
What to Expect❋ YogaWe have curated a weekend of varying yoga practices to create both strength and softness in the body and mind. All abilities are welcome, so come as you are and join in with as much or as little yoga as you’d like.
❋ NourishmentEnjoy a weekend of delicious vegetarian food created by our on-site chef using seasonal ingredients. All meals and drinks are included and catered for so just sit back and enjoy being nourished and cared for.
❋ RelaxationWhether it’s a gentle meander through the 28 acres of countryside or snoozing during the gong bath, there’s plenty of time to relax throughout the weekend. Therapist treatments will also be available to book throughout your stay.
❋ ConnectionSolo or with friends, this retreat is for everyone. With shared accommodation options on offer, you may be sharing with a friend or find you have made new ones after a relaxing and nourishing weekend together.
The VenueBiddenden House
A stunning Grade II Listed Tudor house set within 28 acres of countryside. This venue is a magical blend of traditional and contemporary, with each part of the house and its seven ensuite guest bedrooms uniquely styled.
With a bespoke yoga studio overlooking the heated pool, the views at Biddenden House are truly unique.
Enjoy a dip in the pool, relax in the infrared sauna or take a walk to the local village through the country lanes or across the fields. Then spend the evening with a glass of something lovely around the fire with your new friends.
