Wonderful!
All abilities are welcomed to the class, even complete beginners. There is a stage for everyone to work with and beginners are always encouraged to work at their own pace, listening to their bodies and easing out when they need to.

The class is made up of a breathing practice (pranayama), physical practice (asana) and relaxation (savasana).
Every month has a different physical focus and we spend each week moving the body in ways to support that focus. Everything is broken into stages offering a different level for each and every ability.
