This pregnancy yoga class aims to help you learn useful breathing techniques and movements to use throughout your pregnancy to ease any aches and discomforts, as well as during labour.
We also work on keeping our bodies strong to meet the demands that pregnancy can bring, in addition to the physical demands that life with a newborn baby offers.
The class consists of a breathing practice, physical movements (asanas), a guided relaxation and when appropriate, previous class students birth stories, or a talk from someone in the birth network.
The next pregnancy yoga course is running from Sunday 5th May - 26th May. This is a 4 week course. The class will run from 9.30am - 10.30am and is held at The Oast Osteopathy in Sittingbourne. (12th May class will be held at King Georges Park Pavilion).
2024 Planned Courses:
7th July - 4th August (no class on 14th July)
8th Septemer - 29th September
6th October -27th October
The 4 week pregnancy yoga class is £40 and the 5 week pregnancy course is £50, payable online in advance. Drop in taster classes are £10 a class. All bookings are non refundable and non transferrable.
